4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent user information.

Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

  • Security and Abuse Prevention: To investigate potential misuse or illegal activity.
  • Technical Service Providers: With trusted parties who help maintain or secure the Service (if applicable).

Terms & Conditions for Accessing Movie Server via Wi-Fi

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the CabinCast movie server and Wi-Fi service (“Service”). By connecting to the Service, purchasing a voucher, or allowing another person to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibility

1.1. The Service is intended for use by individuals capable of making responsible decisions regarding internet and media access.

1.2. Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their connection, device, or voucher.

1.3. Parents, guardians, and purchasers acknowledge that they are fully responsible for any voucher purchased and subsequently used by a child or minor, including monitoring access and ensuring age-appropriate use.

1.4. Users agree to use the services in a manner that does not negatively impact the comfort of other passengers onboard the vessel.

1.5. Users agree to control any audio or video content being played through the use of the CabinCast system such that it is not significantly distracting to persons nearby.

2. Content Access & Age-Appropriate Use

2.1. The movie server may contain or provide access to content intended for mature audiences.

2.2. The Service provider does not guarantee that all content is suitable for minors.

2.3. The purchaser of any access voucher agrees that they accept full responsibility for ensuring that a child or minor does not access adult, restricted, mature, or otherwise inappropriate content.

2.4. The provider is not liable for exposure of minors to unsuitable content resulting from inadequate supervision or sharing of vouchers.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1 By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • ​Accessing pirated movies, software, or copyrighted material.
  • Viewing violent, hateful, or harmful material.
  • Acessing adult or explicit content in jurisdictions where access is restricted.
  • Interacting with malware, hacking tools, or any malicious software.
  • Attempting to bypass security controls, filters, or system protections.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.
  • Using the Wi-Fi connection or movie server to infringe on intellectual property rights.

4. Acceptable Use of Wi-Fi

4.1. The Wi-Fi is provided “as-is” for general movie streaming and basic internet use.

4.2. Excessive bandwidth consumption that negatively impacts other users may result in restricted access.

4.3. Users must not attempt to disrupt or modify the network, movie server, or related systems.

5. Responsibility for Vouchers

5.1. All vouchers, passwords, or access codes purchased are tied to the purchaser.

5.2. The purchaser acknowledges responsibility for any use of the voucher by a child or minor, including misuse, inappropriate access, or violation of these Terms.

5.3. Lost, shared, or stolen vouchers remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Privacy & Monitoring

6.1. The provider may log connection data for security, technical support, and compliance purposes.

6.2. The provider does not guarantee complete privacy while using the Service.

6.3. Logs may be reviewed in the event of misuse, legal requests, or system abuse.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of performance, reliability, uptime, or content availability.

7.2. The provider is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Exposure to inappropriate content
  • Security breaches
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

7.3. Users accept all risks associated with use of the movie server and Wi-Fi connection.

7.4. Tenet Technologies Limited solely bears the liability for negligence and holds the responsibility for the provision of this service.

8. Termination of Access

8.1. The provider reserves the right to suspend or revoke access without notice for violation of these Terms.

8.2. Illegal activity will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

9. Agreement

By connecting to the Wi-Fi network, purchasing a voucher, or accessing the movie server, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
